Swimming could be done in both swimming pool and in the sea. Different with swimming in the pool, swimming in the sea although its very fun and pleasant, it required more technique and skill.
Some of us might not know that not all coast border is safe to perform swimming activities. You should pay attention to signs that are placed in certain area. Beware of red flags sign marked with “Do not Swim” board. These kind of sign are placed to secure you for good reasons, usually to avoid you from high rip current.

There is no big jump from beginners to intermediates. Instead, it is part of a gradual process that builds on all the skills that your child has learned in the previous articles, so that he is not only able to swim, but truly loves the water.
Remember that you should progress only when your child is comfortable, practice consistently in enjoyable lessons, and avoid frustration by only practicing complex activities for short intervals and at times when your child’s energy levels are highest.

You need to approach the technique of facial submersion for three to four-year-olds in a different way than for younger children. At these ages, children become full participants in the “when” and “how” of submerging their faces in the water. By
using playful games, your child will initiate this defining moment and submerge her face herself. Her face will beam with pride and a sense of accomplishment in conquering the unknown.
With your child sitting on a shallow pool step if she is nervous, hold her in the Face-to-face Hold with your arms outstretched and your elbows slightly bent. Play a game of “quick draw”—see who can dip their face in and out of the water fastest. Start by dipping your eyes, nose, and mouth in and out of the water, then ask her to copy you and see if she can do it as quickly as you.

Teaching lessons on the grown is more easier then practice it on the water, as we discussed earlier in previous articles, the first step is the big step. Check it out on the safest step on pool entry.
The first safest step entry the pool is with two adults. If you are at the pool with a partner, then pool entry is simplified. While you stay on the deck with your baby, steadying her in a sitting position at the pool’s edge, your partner can safely get into the pool. Once he is standing on the pool floor facing your child, you can ease your baby into his arms with either a sitting jump or a lift, before safely entering the pool yourself. Reverse this procedure to carry out a safe exit from the pool.

You might want to attract some muscle and sensitivity on your baby, its easy, teach him/her how to swim. Naturally babies able to adapt themself on their surrounding environment.
For example when you put him on bathtub he/she will kick his/her feet in order to maintain stay up. Of course at the beginning he/she will start to cry, just wait and let him/her adapt with your supervision, its gonna be alright.
