Lets find out several ways that you should do to survive at the sea, at least until backup arrives.</p>
<p>Trap in the sea, is a situation that could happened when your aircraft of ship got some problems, and eventually put you in the sea, the first thing you should do is swim away from your transportation, especially if its on fire or severe explosion. Swim under the water is the safest thing to avoid fire.<br />

Since the coast guard usually trying to locate the victims based on the crash site, its important to stay around it, in order to get yourself found.</p>
<p>In addition to buoys, we can use items that can be floats. There is usually a plastic such as dry box that have been emptied. Don&#8217;t panic, cause it will waste your remaining energy. Panic will only get you drown more faster and could cost you from swallowing sea water more. Take a deep constant breath to make the body lighter and able to float on the water.</p>
<p>Grab some object that could float is the next thing you should find. If the surface water is relatively calm, with<br />
dipping your head into the water and spread your hands will make the body lighter. The easiest way to get float on the water is by using life support jacket.</p>
<p>Remember that swallowing sea water in certain amount could cause dehydration. If the body feels cramps, try to hit the area with thumb or the palm of the hand. It would be better if someone else could help. Apply pressure in the area then stretch the muscle cramps.</p>
<p>Do not be too afraid of the sharks, because they will usually only disturbing if there is a striking movements or loud noises.<br />
And of course it the crash location is near the mainland, attempted to swim toward it.</p>

<p>Some alternative medication and some people believe that sinusitis could be reduced with swimming. Not just swimming in the pool, but swimming at the sea. Is it true? lets find out more about it.<br />

The symptoms similar to ordinary flu that often occur during the rainy season such as runny nose, nasal congestion, runny, fever and headache (usually when I wake up), yellow or greenish mucus, bad breath, coughing up mucus, high fever (above 39 degrees Celsius), toothache, and less sensitive to taste and smell.</p>
<p>If people with sinusitis want to swim in the sea, he or she should choose a pool that does not contain chlorine, as if swimming in chlorinated pools can cause mucosal irritation and nasal cavity.</p>
<p>Swimming in the sea water is believed to be one natural remedy for sinus infection, this corresponds to that found in the salt content of sea water. Although there has been no evidence strong enough to support this.<br />
When someone swim the sea water will get into the nose will be in contact with the microorganisms that exist, it will remove the sea water in the body fluids of microorganisms through a process of osmosis that made him die and reduce infection.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Swimming could be done in both swimming pool and in the sea. Different with swimming in the pool, swimming in the sea although its very fun and pleasant, it required more technique and skill. </p>
<p>Some of us might not know that not all coast border is safe to perform swimming activities. You should pay attention to signs that are placed in certain area. Beware of red flags sign marked with &#8220;Do not Swim&#8221; board. These kind of sign are placed to secure you for good reasons, usually to avoid you from high rip current.<br />
<span id="more-27"></span><br />
Rip current with 80 miles per hour, the reverse current is not only strong, but can also be deadly. So what is rip current?<br />
Rip Current (Reverse Flow) is a stream of water coming wave that hit the coast and back again to the sea. That stream can be very powerful because it is usually an accumulation of the meeting of two or more arriving waves. Rip Current can be seen from the higher ground around the beach.</p>
<p>Based on observations, Rip Current could be determined by:<br />
* Seeing the wave height difference between left and right and between. High wave on the left and right greater than them.<br />
* Placing an item that might float. If the object is being dragged towards the offshore (offshore) then in that place there is Rip Current.<br />
* Seeing the water turbidity is happening, where the water on the surf zone is mixed with water from land. When you look into the murky waters off shore, then there is a Rip Current place.</p>
<p>If you accidentally caught in a back flow current try not to panic, if you use the swimming facilities (boogie boards / tires) do not try to remove it, immediately ask for help or the simple thing to do is screaming for help and waving.<br />
If caught in a reverse flow into the sea, do not try to swim against the stream (the beach), swim to the area to the left / right of us and then swam back toward the beach (or follow the waves toward the shore). Of course we must keep to stay out of the drag flow. Stay calm and swim along the flow, outside the reverse flow, take advantage of the wave (waves) to push us into shore, and that&#8217;s should kept you out from trouble, at least until helps arrived.</p>

<p>Those kind of equipment required skills to use it, and its time for parents took part of it, and always made sure you remember and master it before use it to your children. Below are some tools or equipment you could use along with its safe instruction:<br />

Stand facing your child in waist-deep water, with a barbell between you. Ask your child to hold the barbell with both hands and straight arms. Tell him to take a breath, then gently place his face in the water.Walk backward as your child swims the barbell toward you. Tap the crown of his head and take a deep breath to encourage him to mimic you and breathe in, then tell him, “put your eyes in and splash with your feet.” At the start, you may need to tow the barbell or add fins for greater propulsion, and to assist with the head lift.</p>
<p>Stand in waist- to chest-deep water opposite your partner, 10–12 feet (3–3.6 m) apart.Your partner should have a puppet. Tell your child,“When the puppet is up, you are up; when it is down, you are down.”With your child in the Pass Hold cue him to go underwater and, as your partner places the puppet underwater, swim your child to your partner. Follow your child—after a few seconds your partner should raise the puppet out of the water and your child should lift his head. Repeat until your child reaches your partner.</p>
<p>Make a bridge by holding two noodles on top of the water, so they are 5–6 feet (1.5–1.8 m) apart. (Or make a hoop tunnel with two hoops partially submerged held 5–6 feet/1.5–1.8 m apart.) Instruct your child to swim under the first bridge, come up to take a breath in the middle, then go under the second bridge. Initially, your partner may need to help him to come up by using the different leverage supports.</p>

<p>Remember that you should progress only when your child is comfortable, practice consistently in enjoyable lessons, and avoid frustration by only practicing complex activities for short intervals and at times when your child’s energy levels are highest.<br />

As for beginners, the Water Pouring Station and Activity Circuit are still key parts of the learning process. But whereas with beginners most of the Activity Circuit was carried out in their parent’s arms or on top of the water, now<br />
your child may carry out some of the exercises with his face in the water, and with less assistance.</p>
<p>Games and songs<br />
These still play a very important role in teaching your child at the intermediate levels, and group games become more valuable as your child learns to copy and imitate his peers. This helps him to overcome his fears as he will watch other children performing the actions he is nervous about. He will also learn to share toys or your attention with others.</p>
<p>Lesson plan<br />
Use the suggested lesson plans given at the start of each intermediates stage as the basis of your 30-minute lessons, but amend them to suit your child’s readiness, experience, abilities, and skill level. The basic structure of the lesson should remain relatively similar, but as your child learns more skills, they can be absorbed into the regular structure of your lessons. Try and have at least two, and ideally four, lessons per week, as this continuity will help your child learn quickly and retain skills—long breaks may require periods of re-learning.</p>
<p>To keep your child interested in the lesson and to practice all the skills he has learned, limit the time spent on any one activity to seven minutes or less. Make sure you enjoy the lesson and do not rush, but remember that a young child’s attention span may be best suited to changing intervals of play.</p>
